We Moved!

December 1, we moved our offices to Glendale. Our old facility, a 2-story cream city brick building located at 1810/1812 N. MLK, will be leased to other businesses. Each floor is approx. 1,100 sf and can be used as separate spaces or one business can occupy the whole building. Steph gets Married...

DSI Design Creative Director Stephanie Piechowski became Stephanie Seeby in October - on one of those really great Fall days that felt like summer. which is good cuz she got married outdoors! Steph’s comment on married life so far is too mushy to put on our website!

Desktop Solutions, Inc. Becomes State Certified WBE Business

The Wisconsin Department of Commerce has approved Desktop Solutions, Inc. for certification as a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE). This certification demonstrates the State of Wisconsin’s recognition of the firm as a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise.

Becky Maniaci Becomes Future
Milwaukee Graduate

Future Milwaukee is a community leadership development program with more than 1,300 graduates. Over the past 30 years, participants have been making an impact on the Greater Milwaukee area through their leadership positions in government, business, higher education and religious and non-profit institutions.

Future Milwaukee’s mission is to develop, motivate and empower diverse, ethical leaders who create positive change in greater Milwaukee through effective civic engagement.

DSI Design President Becky Maniaci was one of 50 accepted into the 2006/07 program, and graduated in May 2007.

Desktop Solutions Receives
Urban Design Award
January 2005

On January 7, 2005, Desktop Solutions was presented with a Mayor's Urban Design Award for using carefully chosen and well-executed design elements in repairing the facade of our
Cream City brick building located at 1812 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in Milwaukee.

The Mayor's Urban Design Award recognizes projects for innovative architecture, renovation and streetscaping in an ongoing effort to increase awareness of adding beauty and value to Milwaukee neighborhoods without compromising the urban fabric and character of their surroundings.
