Membership Qualification
The Sports Fusion Entertainment Amateur Golf Tour (SFEAGT) is wholly owned and operated by Sports Fusion Entertainment, LLC headquartered in Milwaukee. If you do not have a verifiable index, SFEAGT will accept five (5) completed, signed and attested scorecards that will be reviewed by the SFEAGT Rules committee and a Tour handicap will be assigned. For a detailed explanation on USGA Handicap Index, SFEAGT Index calculations, and the Tour Points system, visit the USGA Tour website.
You can register for Tournament Entry in one of three ways:
- Register online by credit card through the Website
- Register in person through your local Tour Director
- Call and pay by credit card over the phone
Event Registration
All entries must be received prior to the entry deadline, which is generally seven (7) days prior to the event. Players can register for a respective event online, or by calling their respective Tour Director. Events may have a limitation on the number of entries, and therefore they will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis.

Tour Format
The majority of all events on the SPEAGT will be Two-Person Best Ball and Singles stroke play. Tour play will be governed by the current Rules of Golf as approved by the United States Golf Association (USGA), and modified by the Rules and Information Sheet prepared by the SFEAGT Tour Committee.
Tournament Administration
SFEAGT Tour Officials will be on site at every tournament to handle player registration/check-in, provide assistance, handle scoring/prize pools, monitor the pace of play and make rulings. Any Tour Official may assess penalty strokes for rules infractions or slow play subject to review by the Tour Committee. All decisions made by the SFEAGT Tour Committee will be final.
Tee Times
Pairings will be available on the Tour Website prior to the event. Pairings are subject to change anytime prior to the event. If an individual tee time has been moved to an earlier pairing, the Tour Director will personally notify that individual.
Check-In and Starting
All Tour players must personally check-in at least 30 minutes prior to their assigned tee times and be at their starting point at least 5 minutes prior to their assigned tee time. Failure to do so may result in a player forfeiting his tee time. If a player is not at the starting point, ready to play, at the assigned starting time, he is in a breach of Rule 6-3 (penalty normally would be disqualification from that tour stop). However, the SFEAGT at its sole discretion may attempt to accommodate such player with a later starting time and possibly an assessment of a penalty.
Skins
At each Tour event, there will be an optional skins game, preferably paid by cash. Once all scorecards are in, skin winners will be determined and payouts dispersed accordingly. If no skins are awarded, each player participating will have their skins entry fee rolled over to their next event. The skins game is always optional and does not conflict with protection of amateur status.
Golf Carts and Driving Range
A majority of SFEAGT event fees will NOT include the shared-use of golf cart. Players must follow cart rules established by the golf course and make arrangements directly with the course if a cart is required or desired for spectators or caddies.
On Course Rules
All play will be governed by the rules and regulations as set forth by the USGA. One-ball rule will not be in effect during play. If there is any confusion of a particular ruling during play, and a Tour Official is not accessible, the player is to enter a second ball into play. The player then plays both balls throughout the hole and then brings the situation to the Rules Committee at the end of the round BEFORE signing his/her card for a ruling.
Spectators and Caddies
The SFEAGT permits spectators and caddies at most of its events subject to course restrictions. Caddies are the responsibility of their associated player and are requested to practice proper golf etiquette while on the course. If there is an issue with the behavior of a spectator(s), the individual(s) will be asked to leave the premises.
Pin Sheets/Yardage Devices
When possible, the SFEAGT will provide players with pin sheets that designate the respective event's pin positions. The SFEAGT permits the use of handheld, electronic measuring yardage devices assuming they do NOT measure wind speed/direction. Contact the Tour Director with any questions for a specific event.
Pace of Play
If a group is out of position due to slow play, a Tour Official will advise the group to step up play. If the group pace does not gain pace within two holes, Tour Officials have the right to make an adjustment to try and correct the problem. This may include breaking the group in to smaller pairings, setting a time limit per hole, assessing penalty strokes or disqualification from the event.
Dress Code and Player Conduct
The SFEAGT will strictly enforce a tournament dress code with no exceptions. Collared shirts are required, and no jeans, denims, jogging outfits, or sweat pants are permitted. Shorts may be worn, but must be within five inches of the knee. The SFEAGT will not tolerate swearing, vulgar language, club throwing, alcohol abuse, lack of golfing etiquette, or other such behavior. Such conduct will result in tournament disqualification and suspension or expulsion from the Tour.
Prizes
The guaranteed prize certificates at each event will be established prior to such event based on participation. In order to abide by the guidelines for amateur status put forth by the USGA, no single prize awarded may exceed $750 in cash value for any one event.
Scorecards
Each golfer is responsible for the correctness of his/her scorecard even though a fellow competitor(s) will be marking the scores on each hole. Each scorecard must be signed by the fellow-competitor(s) and attested by the player(s). In attesting the scorecard, you are stating that the score for each individual hole during the round is correct. Players are not responsible for their calculation of the total round score. In an effort to equitably resolve any scoring disputes all players in a pairing must submit their scorecards at the same time to the scorer's table and each player must be available for a reasonable amount of time afterwards to answer questions by the Tournament Committee. Any protest needs to be identified to a Tournament Official as soon as possible after an incident occurs so that a proper ruling can be made in a timely fashion. In the event no protests are made within a five-minute period after all scores are posted on the tournament scoreboard, the scoreboard shall be considered final and prizes will be awarded to the winners.

Withdrawal and DNF (Did Not Finish)
A player withdrawal is only applicable in the event of an extenuating circumstance, i.e., illness, injury, or personal emergency. In this case, the player will receive the minimum point value for participation and the score will not be reflected in their Tour average. In the case of DNF, a player does not submit a scorecard, voluntarily or involuntarily. Any monies submitted to the skins game is automatically forfeited in the event of a withdraw or DNF.
Inclement Weather
The delaying or canceling of an event due to inclement weather will be determined by the host facility and the Tournament Committee. In the event of a cancellation, the SFEAGT will try and re-schedule the event date within the seasonal timeframe. If by chance the event is cancelled, we will work with the course to set up a re-schedule date. If this is not possible, players may apply the credit towards a future scheduled event or request a full refund to be received by mail. Any partial cancellation refunds and credits will have to be determined based on the policies of the host facility.
Miscellaneous
The Rules and Regulations of the SFEAGT are subject to revision. The SFEAGT is not associated with either the PGA or the USGA, and tournaments on the SFEAGT have not been sanctioned by either golfing organization. Failure to comply with the aforementioned rules and regulations could result in suspension or expulsion from the Tour.
